-> For support, please email us at [email protected] (we are not able to troubleshoot from app reviews. There is no way to contact someone who left a review. Prior to the review left on 12/12, out of thousands of downloads, we had one user that the app would not work at all - they contacted us via email and we determined they had the iPad first version and they had never updated their iOS. Please, Please email for support. Leaving a bad review gives us no opportunity to troubleshoot. If we know of a problem we will fix it - just like our the last update was to fix a bug that a user emailed us about)
